Whilst our products are purchased for many different events and personal use, we have found that both for convenience and cost reasons, it is sometimes preferable for people to hire rather than buy.
Although some people integrate their Rustic Wedding Setting purchases into their households and keep them for sentimental reasons or distribute them as gifts to close family and friends, we understand that some of the items purchased can be surplus to requirements following the event. Our hire service therefore offers a major cost saving against purchasing.
Any items hired will be despatched usually seven days before the event. Return and deposit details are contained within our terms and conditions.
We always strive to minimize carriage costs and larger orders will be delivered by the most cost effective solution, which would normally be national pallet delivery. All goods should be returned within seven days of your event at a date to be agreed.
You will find a hire option against the majority of our products. Simply click on this and add the item to your basket or contact us for a quotation. As a rule of thumb, the hire cost will be 30% of the purchase price.
When hiring you can arrange your own return or we can add it in to the order cost - just add the same amount as the initial delivery charge plus £3.50 pick up fee and return labels will be sent with the order.
A deposit will be taken at the point that you place your hire order constituing the difference between the hire price and the full item / order value in case of non-return or breakage. At the point that we receive the goods back we will calculate the amount of refund which you will receive within seven days of us receiving the returned goods and processing your return. This transaction will be performed manually and implemented by whichever method you have used in payment.
